Our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team and look after a team of supervisors and fitters.
Your new role
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing the strategic direction of Maintenance & Maintenance Stores in consultation with the general manager of Plant & Ops and ensuring it is aligned to the overall company's strategy , including but not limited to development and implementation of performance metrics, budget development adherence and establishing a culture of continuous improvement and best in class in all aspects of the division’s operation.
